Return Policy If you are not happy with your purchase, just return. It’s that easy! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will have return it with your original sales receipt, within seven (7) days of receipt of the items to our physical store(s), and we would happily exchange the item for another one of your choice, Or a refund of your payment. Please note the following conditions for return of items:- Item must be in new (as was sold to you) condition Must not have been washed, worn or altered. Must have their original sales tags, labels and bags Must be accompanied with the original invoice/ receipt. Must be returned within 7 days of delivery / purchase whichever is later. Refunds will be as per original method of payment, i.e. Cash refund for cash payment. Card/bank transfers will be refunded to the same card/ bank account detail. Please note that as Customer you are responsible for returning the items to us, including the return shipping costs. If returning items by mail/dispatch, note that you will bear the cost. We would only be responsible for return shipping costs if the item(s) sold to you are defective or where we sent you the wrong item(s).
